Delivery:

Free Standard Delivery when you spend €50 or more.

Returns:

Only damaged items are accepted as returns within 14 days of purchase

We cannot refund or exchange pierced jewellery, e.g. earrings, if they have been removed from their original sealed packaging due to hygiene.

Expected Delivery Times:

Please note that if you are outside Spain delivery will take longer though we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives when you expect it to.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over €50 to any address in the Spain.
